37 Ghanaian Students Gain Admission to Top Universities

37 Ghanaian students have made it to Ivy-League universities including other top universities in the United States with full scholarships.

This is according to AFEX Test Prep, an educational consult which specialises in preparing students for international examinations.

In the 2017/2018 academic year, 37 young Ghanaian students from both public and private Senior High Schools in Ghana have gained admission to Harvard University, Princeton University, Yale University and University of Columbia. Others who also made good grades, secured admissions at Brown University, Dartmouth College, University of Pennsylvania and Cornell University.

Some of the students successfully got the chance to study on full scholarships to prestigious universities in the USA such as MIT, Stanford, Caltech, Duke, Emory NYU,S warthmore, Nortwestern, Williams and Amherst.

Some of them scored in the Top 1% among all SAT test takers in the World.  The students took their SAT classes at AFEX Test Prep, an educational enrichment agency that specializes in preparing students for standard tests such as the SAT, SSAT, GRE, TOEFL and GMAT.  They also assist in reviewing student applications.

This is an indication of the potential of young Ghanaian students, the standards they can set and the length they can go on the educational ladder when the country invests in them and their education.
