  1. Executive Director of the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA)

The new Electoral Commissioner nominee is the Executive Director of the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA). She joined the IEA in 2000 and rose to the position of Executive Director in 2009. She also works as the Co-ordinator of the Ghana Political Parties Programme. To work as EC boss, she will step down as Executive Director of the IEA.
