Show me a person who thinks of a business idea at 1am and calls to share it and have a discussion on it; 

A person who knows you are out chilling because it’s a holiday but will send an email and follow it up with a WhatsApp to ask you to check your mail; 

A person who shows up at your graduate school international symposium to hear you make a presentation;

A person who takes time off his busy schedule to mourn with you;

A person who picks a gift for each of his staff whenever he travels;

A person who knows enough about his staff to tease them ‘well well’;

One who gives his staff opportunities to better their personal and professional lives;

One who can make time to listen to your worries, your dreams, troubles and advice. 

Don’t look too far because that person is Victor- our boss, our friend, our mentor, our fashion police, our father, our debate chairman, our food coordinator and our driving force.

One thing that most people say when they visit the Seekapor team, as we choose to call it is that we relate like we are family. And that is true, because our leader believes that every voice should be heard, every trouble and shortfall should be addressed as family and every celebration should be marked because we are a unit that can only break when important things are allowed to go unnoticed.

Mr Kisseih (a name you will drop to Victor after a few weeks of meeting him), your outlook on life is amazing. Your ability to think on your feet is rare. Your coy smile is unique. Your love for your work, family and friends is admirable but your anger is not. Thankfully it only surfaces ones in a leap year; I kid; Mess with work any day and you will smell pepper.

There are many ways to describe people in leadership positions but these two stand when it comes you:  Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It is about impact, influence and inspiration (Robin S. Sharma). Thank you for the countless opportunities you create for us in order to have us learn a thing or two. They usually seem difficult at the start but at the end, we are proud of ourselves. 

And 

If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader (Dolly Parton). Thank you for those on the spot questions that require us to think promptly and thank you for insisting that we make contributions to almost every decision because those actions make us dream more.

We are all on a road to success because there is someone like you to show us the way. You are a gift to the world and we love you.

Victor, may you be victorious and prosperous in all you do. 

Emmanuel, may your life keep reminding us that God is with us.
