Did you know that Facebook keeps a record of every “Like” (or other reaction) you’ve every clicked?
This record is called your “Likes History” and it lists every single item you’ve Liked since the day you first opened your account.
Every single post, every photo, every comment, every business page…
If you Liked something, Facebook has a record of that Like. And you can easily review that record at any time.
Every now and then I like to scroll through my “Likes History” just for nostalgia’s sake. It can be rather amusing to see some of the things I Liked back in the day.
But more importantly I occasionally review my old likes just to make sure I haven’t Liked a page or “Like Bait” post that’s gone over to the dark side and morphed into something that’s a little unsavory.
It’s actually quite easy to review your own “Likes History” if you ever take a notion. Just follow the steps below for the device you’re using.
Laptop or Desktop Computer:
1 – Click on your name in the blue bar at the top of the window to view your Timeline page.
2 – Click the Activity Log button.
3 – Click the Likes and Reactions link over in the left-hand column.
4 – (Optional) Select a Year in the far right column to view the Likes and Reactions you clicked in that particular year.
You should now see a list of everything you have ever Liked (or otherwise Reacted to) on Facebook, starting with the most recent Like.
You can skip back in time if you want simply by clicking on one of the years listed on the right.
Mobile Device:
1 – Tap the Menu icon (it likes like three horizontal lines stacked atop one another).
2 – Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3 – Tap the More icon (it looks like three horizontal dots).
4 – Tap Activity Log.
5 – Tap Category.
6 – Tap Likes and Reactions.
7 – (Optional) Tap the Year button and then select a year from the list to view the Likes and Reactions you clicked on in that particular year.
You should now see a list of everything you have ever Liked or otherwise Reacted to on Facebook, starting with the most recent Like/Reaction.
That’s all there is to it. Now you know how to review your entire “Likes History” on Facebook!
