Here are a few tips you can follow to clean your gadget to prevent carrying any virus to your face.
Display Screen Wipe: contain a specially formulated solution that quickly dries without leaving any residue on the screen. This wipe is ideal for every gadget with a screen and it is effective in killing germs and viruses.
Screen Cleaning Kit: includes a microfiber cloth and 70% Isopropyl alcohol. This could kill germs, bacteria and viruses that the naked eyes may not be able to detect. Simply dip the microfiber cloth into the alcohol and gently clean the gadget screen and other parts of visible parts of the gadget.
Clorox Disinfecting Wipe: are also ideal for cleaning all type of handsets with screens. Users are free to use disinfecting wipes such as Clorox to clean phones.
The new guidance, which appeared Monday on Apple’s support page, tells people that they can “gently wipe the hard, nonporous surfaces,” such as displays or keyboards, of Apple products with Clorox disinfecting wipes.
However, according to Apple, people should not use bleach to clean their gadgets and they should avoid letting moisture seep into any opening to prevent internal damage.
Users should endeavour to clean their phones at least once a week to prevent the spreading of viruses to the face. It is also important to adhere to all guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health to avoid contracting the virus.
