Are you an Uber user in Accra? There is some exciting news for you. Uber Ghana has introduced support zones to answer all your questions and provide you with support regarding their services.
The support services which will run till 22nd September has field agents present to provide you with assistance on various issues including walking you through the Uber app and its features.
If you are in Accra and would love to engage with the Uber team on issues, you can catch up with them at the Accra Mall (by the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange) and Palace Mall (off the Spintex Road) between 10AM and 6PM. This is available daily.
Some of your favorite celebrities will be passing by as part of this exciting service by Uber. You never know, you could meet your favorite celebrity during the surprise celebrity visits. You also stand a chance of winning unique Uber swag!
Uber’s in app and social media pages will also be fully functional to provide users with the needed support.
